What SevenTales is
SevenTales is a platform for building and publishing interactive stories for real places. Creators build in the Studio; guests play a published story in the browser on their own phone, usually starting from a QR code.

The short version: you own your stories, treat places and people well, and paid access is handled fairly. Here it is in full.
Your stories stay yours
Creators own the stories they build, including the text, images and audio they bring. Publishing gives SevenTales permission to host and deliver the story to guests, nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the accuracy of safety and accessibility information.
Acceptable use
Do not use SevenTales to publish unlawful, hateful or misleading content, to infringe anyone's rights, or to disrupt the service. Stories support a visit; they do not replace signage, supervision or safety measures, and guests must follow local rules and staff instructions.
Paid access
When a story charges guests, payment runs through Stripe checkout. Refunds are available before a guest starts the story; after that, the story's own access terms apply. Creators receive their agreed share of revenue.
Liability
SevenTales is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we are not liable for indirect damages or for events at your location, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous twelve months.
