Pilot purpose
SevenTales MVP pilots are used to create, publish and evaluate interactive guest experiences for real locations. Commercial details should be agreed separately with each pilot partner.

Terms for MVP pilots.
A working draft for reviewing the early website and pilot offer. This is intentionally lean and should be replaced with formal terms before a wider launch.
Client content
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of source material, location information, accessibility instructions, safety notes and any content they approve for publication.
Guest use
Guests should follow local rules, staff instructions and physical safety guidance. SevenTales experiences support a visit; they do not replace signage, supervision or operational safety measures.
Paid activities
If a pilot is sold as a paid activity, refunds should generally remain available before an activity starts. Once a guest has started the experience, the refund policy should be defined in the partner agreement.
