A plain-language draft for reviewing the MVP website and early pilot flows. It should be hardened legally before a public commercial launch.
For the MVP pilot platform, SevenTales may process basic contact details, organization details, activity configuration, guest access records, payment metadata, and anonymous or pseudonymous usage signals needed to run and improve an experience.
We use this information to operate the Studio and Player, issue access links, support paid or free activities, report pilot results, prevent abuse, and respond to client or visitor support requests.
Guests should be able to start most pilot experiences without creating a full account. If an email is requested, it should be optional unless a paid or operational flow requires it.
Paid pilots may use Stripe checkout. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; SevenTales stores only the payment and access information needed for pilot operations and reporting.
